4种药物对乌鳢的急性毒性研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用半静态试验方法研究了在水温(28.3±1.5)℃、p H(8.01±0.12)、溶氧(4.6±0.5)mg/L条件下,敌百虫、高锰酸钾、硫酸铜、甲醛4种鱼药对乌鳢鱼苗的急性毒性试验。结果显示:4种药物96 h半致死浓度以硫酸铜的最低,为1.586 mg/L;甲醛的最高,为115.159 mg/L;4种药物毒性大小依次为硫酸铜>敌百虫>高锰酸钾>甲醛;4种药物的安全浓度大小依次为甲醛(35.529 mg/L)>敌百虫(1.450 mg/L)>高锰酸钾(1.277 mg/L)>硫酸铜(0.882 mg/L),其中,敌百虫、甲醛和硫酸铜的安全浓度要高于常规用量,按照常规用量进行病害防治是安全的。高锰酸钾的安全浓度在常规用量范围内,生产中可按照乌鳢对药物的安全浓度进行病害防治。 The acute toxicity of four kinds of drugs,dipterex,potassium permanganate,copper sulphate and formaldehyde,to larva of black- spot hybrid snakehead Channa argus were tested with the semi hydrostatic test method at the water temperature of( 28. 3 ± 1. 5) ℃,p H of( 8. 01 ± 0. 12) and dissolved oxygen of( 4. 6 ± 0. 5) mg /L. The results showed that the median- lethal concentration( LC50) of copper sulphate for96 hours was minimum of 1. 586 mg / L,while that of formaldehyde was the highest of 115. 159 mg / L. The toxicity of four drugs ranked in the order of copper sulphate,dipterex,potassium perman- ganate and formaldehyde. The safe concentration( SC) of four drugs ordered as formaldehyde( 35. 529 mg / L),dipterex( 1. 450 mg /L),potassium permanganate( 1. 277 mg /L) and copper sulphate( 0. 882 mg /L). The SC of dipterex,formaldehyde and copper sulphate was higher than the conventional dosage,thus they were safe to be used to control corresponding diseases of Channa argus under the conventional dosage. The SC of potassium permanganate was in the conventional dosage range,so it could be used for disease prevention and control in accordance with the SC of Channa argus to drug in production.
