摘要 概述并对比了三种空调辅助电加热技术的结构、电加热特性、安全性和环境影响特性等。结果表明:普通不锈钢电热管成本低、制作简便,但加热功率调节不便,安全性较差;陶瓷PTC电加热器的正温度系数特性最好,制热启动快、初始加热功率较大,但加工工艺复杂,尤其涉及铅、PI薄膜等多种有害物质或难降解物质,对环境破坏严重;金属PTC电加热器加工工艺自动化程度高、无污染、调节方便和安全性好,但电阻-温度特性需要改善,以便获得更低的表面温度。 The structure,and characteristics of heater,and security,and characteristics of environmental impaction of three assistant heater technologies to air conditioner were summarized. The ordinary stainless steel heater is cheap,and easy making,but the adjustment of heating power is hard,and the security is worse. The porcelainous PTC heater has a good PTC characteristics,not only heating starting fast,but also the initial heating power is bigger. But the proceeding technology is complicate,especially contain the lead,and PI film which is harmful and poisonous or degradation hard.The metal PTC heater has a high automatic proceeding technology,and no pollution,and adjustment easily and a good security. But the PTC characteristics need improve to get lower surface temperature.
