摘要
本文以ICP-AES法对钢铁冶炼过程中的高炉铁水样中的Si、Mn、P、Ti等元素的分析为例,充分利用了ICP-AES法检出限低、精密度高、线性范围宽、基体效应小等优异特性,得到的分析结果为近似标准值,从而达到定值分析的效果,可以极大程度上解决实际生产检化验过程中由购买的标准样品与实际生产试样之间的差异造成的分析误差。
Taking the analysis of Si,Mn,P,Ti elements in BF molten iron samples in the smelting process of steels by ICP- AES method as an example,and by making full use of the excellent properties of ICP-AES method including low detection limit,high precision,wide linear range and small matrix effect,the analysis result gotten was approximate to the standard value,thereby reaching the effect of deterministic analysis,so the analysis error caused by the difference between purchased standard samples and actual production samples in the process of actual production inspection was solved to the maximum extent.
