摘要
利用扩增片断长度多态性 (Amplifiedfragmentlengthpolymorphism简作AFLP)分子标记技术研究了 2 3个水稻品种的遗传多样性。从 4 9对AFLP引物中筛选出 4对多态性高、分辨能力强的引物 ,4个AFLP引物组合分别扩增出 4 3、 37、 4 9、 33条多态性带 ,平均每个引物组合扩出4 0 5条多态性带 ,4个引物组合共扩增出 2 4 6条带。利用AFLP数据进行聚类分析 ,将 2 3个品种聚为 10个类群。结果表明 ,AFLP在水稻类群划分的应用是可行的。
