摘要
提高人才培养质量,是新的时代背景下中等职业教育改革发展的重要任务。在对人才培养研究进行归纳的基础上,明确中职学校人才培养存在的问题,提出加快教育转型、打通职业教育和普通教育双向通道、找准专业定位、完善人才培养体系、推进校企合作等提升人才培养质量的路径。
To improve the quality of talent training is an important task of the secondary vocational education reform and development under the background of the new era. On the base of summary of talent cultivation, we make clear the problems existing in vocational school personnel cultivation, put forward to accelerate the educational transformation, open up the vocational education and general education two-way channel, identify the professional orientation, improve the personnel training system, promote the school enterprise cooperation etc. to improve the quality of personnel training.
