摘要
目的观察异甘草酸镁治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)伴肝功能异常的临床疗效。方法 RA合并肝功能异常患者64例随机均分为两组,分别采用异甘草酸镁(试验组)和还原型谷胱甘肽(对照组)治疗;疗程均为2周,比较两组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组(96.9%vs.84.4%)(P<0.05)。治疗1、2周后,两组ALT、AST、TBil、ALP和γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)均较治疗前下降(P<0.05)。治疗1、2周后,试验组ALT、AST、GGT和ALP较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论与还原型谷胱甘肽比较,异甘草酸镁治疗更能有效改善RA患者的肝功能。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)accompanied with hepatic dysfunction.Methods Sixty-four RA patients associated with abnormal liver function were divided into two groups of A(treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate for two weeks,32 cases)and B(treated with reduced glutathione,32 cases).The clinical efficacy and adverse effects were compared between two groups.Results The overall effectiveness rate was significantly higher in group A than that in group B(96.9% vs.84.4%)(P〈0.05).The levels of alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST),total bilirubin(TBil),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)after treatment were decreased significantly in both groups compared to before(P〈0.05).Compared to before,the decreases of ALT,AST,ALP and GGT were more in group A than those in group B after treatment for one or two weeks(P〈0.05).No severe treatment-related adverse effects occurred in both groups.Conclusion Compared to reduced glutathione,magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate can more effectively improve the liver function of RA patients associated with hepatic dysfunction.
