CPAM在污泥浓缩脱水中用量的优化控制

摘要 通过对污泥上清液浑浊度、p H值、电导率和污泥体积的测定,以确定有机高分子絮凝剂阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)在污泥浓缩脱水中的最佳浓度。结果表明:污泥上清液的pH值为7.00~8.10;随着CPAM溶液浓度的增加,污泥上清液的浑浊度先升后降,电导率呈线性增加;CPAM溶液质量浓度为0.30 g/L时,污泥上清液浑浊度最低,电导率为220.0~270.0μS/cm,不会对环境造成二次污染,絮体沉降较快,浓缩污泥密实,体积最小。因此,为达到最佳的污泥减量效果,CPAM溶液质量浓度应为0.30 g/L。 This research focuses on the optimal dosage of cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM) for sludge thickening and dewatering problem. The dosage is determined by measuring the conductivity,p H,supernatant turbidity,and the volume of sludge. The experimental results show that the p H value of sludge supernatant ranges from 7.00 to 8.10 and the turbidity rises then drops to the lowest when the dosage of CPAM increases to 0.30 g/L. The results also show that the sludge supernatant conductivity follows the dosage of CPAM,and goes up to range from 220.0 μS/cm to 270.0 μS/cm when the dosage reaches 0.30 g/L,which will not cause secondary pollution. Furthermore,the volume of sludge cake will be in dense condition and smallest volume. Therefore,the optimal mass concentration of CPAM is 0.30 g/L.
