摘要
为研究欧李叶片内水涝胁迫下还原性糖的变化,从事先准备好的欧李中取样,用硫酸-苯酚定糖法测定欧李叶片中还原性糖,与对照比较还原糖的变化。结果显示,欧李叶片内还原性糖含量在水涝胁迫下先增多,而后再减少。研究认为欧李叶片内还原性糖的变化,使欧李对水涝胁迫产生了抗性。
The changes of the reducing sugar in leaves of Prunus humilis were studied. Reducing sugar was isolated from leaves of Prunus humilis, and changes of the reducing sugar was detected by the method of phenol- sulfuric acid in the waterlogging stress. The results showed that the content of the reducing sugar was increased in the early stage but decreased in the later during waterlogging stress. The changes of reducing sugar could reflect the physiological changes and this can provide theoretical basis for introducing the Prunus humilis.
