摘要
老年性失眠是临床常见的老年性疾病之一,元阳亏损是老年性失眠的重要原因。元阳由元气化生,可以温煦卫气,元阳亏损可影响卫气的运行,进而出现失眠;元阳亦可以温养心神,心神内守,夜寐则安。王平教授认为老年阳虚失眠当以培补元阳为主,辅以培补元气之品和和安神之类。
Senile insomnia is a common age-related diseases, the reason may lie in original-Yang losses. Original- Yang roots in original-Yi, which can warm defensive Qi. Original-Yang loss can affect the operation of defensive Qi and maylead to insomnia; Original-Yang can also warm and nourish the spirit of heart, which keep safe to sleep well in the night. Professor Wang Ping thinks that the senile insomnia should be treated with strengthening and consolidating original- Yang, and supplemented medicine that can reinfore the strength of the original-Yi and calm down the sleep.
