摘要
研究钩面与毛面粘扣带对粘扣带组合力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:经过一定次数的耐疲劳试验后,抓毛毛面粘扣带组合中钩面粘扣带对粘扣带组合强度的影响程度大于毛面粘扣带,不抓毛毛面粘扣带组合中毛面粘扣带对粘扣带组合强度的影响程度大于钩面粘扣带;随着耐疲劳测试次数的增加,粘扣带组合的钩挂率先增大后减小,经100次耐疲劳测试后,抓毛毛面粘扣带组合的钩挂率达到最大值,经500次耐疲劳测试后,不抓毛毛面粘扣带组合的钩挂率达到最大值。
The effect of hook fastener and loop fastener on Velcro's mechanical properties was researched.The research result indicated that after a certain number of fatigue tests,the hook fastener had a greater influence on the Velcro's strength than the loop fastener for napping Velcro,and it changed on the contrary for the non-napping Velcro,with the increase of the fatigue number,the Velcro's hooking rate decrease after an initial increase,and the napping Velcro's hooking rate reaches a maximum when the fatigue number reached 100,the non-napping Velcro's hooking rate reaches a maximum when the fatigue number reached 500.
