Expression of serum microRNA in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and clinical significance
摘要
微小RNA（miRNA,miR）是一类高度保守的短链非编码RNA,我们采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应（FQ-PCR）检测肝细胞肝癌患者血液miR-145的水平变化,探讨其在肝细胞肝癌发生发展中的重要作用.
