摘要
介绍几种经编菱形网格织物的组织结构和性能特点,测试这几种织物的面密度、厚度,以及单向拉伸断裂强力和顶破强力等力学性能,并进行数据分析。结果表明:不同经编组织结构对织物的物理和力学性能影响很大,面密度随牵拉密度的增加而增大,横向断裂强力和纵向断裂伸长率随牵拉密度的增加而增大,顶破强力与网格边长大小成反比关系。
The structure and performance characteristics of several warp-knitted diamond mesh fabrics were introduced. The weight and thickness of these kinds of fabric, and the mechanical properties such as unidirectional tensile breaking strength and bursting properties were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the structure of warp-knitted diamond fabric had significant effects on the physical and mechanical properties, the grams per square meter increased with the increase of the force density, cross breaking strength and longitudinal elongation at break increased with the increase of the force density and bursting strength was inversely proportional to the size of mesh side length.
