摘要
基于某静态加载试验方法,运用ABAQUS对碳纤维复合材料制造的后下部防护装置进行有限元模拟,分析碳纤维复合材料的铺层方案对后下部防护装置性能的影响。研究表明,横梁采用90°单一角度铺层方案,纵梁采用混合角度铺层方案的组合性能最好。
Based on a static load test method, the authors uses ABAQUS to simulate the rear under run protection device made by carbon fiber reinforced plastics, analyze the property of the device influenced by ply stacking sequence. This research shows that, the stacking strategy which is horizontal frame using 90° stacking, vertical frame using hybrid angle stacking is the best combination scheme.
