摘要
提出了一种基于六相平衡技术的加热系统,旨在解决高温烧结炉的大功率加热器设计难度高,容易变形、电磁辐射干扰大的问题。将电源整流电路中常用的整流变压器原理首创性的用于高温烧结炉加热系统,据此设计六相平衡电路,搭建高温烧结炉加热系统。在理论设计上做到了向外逸散的磁场相互抵消,极大降低了电磁辐射干扰,也能够最大程度上减小加热器所承受的安培力。最后在高温烧结炉设备上验证了该系统是可行的,工作可靠。
A heating system based on six phase balancing technology is proposed to solve the problems of high power heater design of high temperature sintering furnace. The principle of the rectifier transformer, which is commonly used in the power rectifier circuit, is first used in the high temperature sintering furnace heating system, and the design of the six phase balance circuit is designed, and the heating system of the high temperature sintering furnace is set up. Outward dissipation field offset each other in design theory, which greatly reduces the interference of electromagnetic radiation, can maximum reduce heater to withstand the ampere force. Finally, it is proved that the system is feasible and reliable in the high temperature sintering furnace equipment.
