摘要
为满足高转速机组的水电形势需求,提高水轮发电机性能,针对现有技术存在的不足,从降低水轮发电机电压谐波畸变率、电话谐波含量,改善水轮发电机运行稳定性,提高水轮发电机运行效率等指标要求出发,介绍了一种水轮发电机磁极极靴五段弧结构,着重分析该结构设计特点与方法,通过参数分析研究了各参数间的关联性以及各段弧之间的连接关系,最后通过实际案例分析了磁极极靴五段弧结构的有效性。
In order to meet the development requirements of hydroelectric power of highspeed unit and improve the performance of hydro-generator,this paper introduces a 5-arc structure of hydro-generator magnetic pole shoe from aspects of reducing voltage waveform distortion and telephone harmonic content,improving operational stability and increasing operational efficiency to overcome the shortcomings of existing technology,emphatically analyzes characteristics and method of structural design,researches correlations among the parameters and connection relationships among the arcs through analyzing parameters and finally proves effectiveness of 5-arc structure of magnetic pole shoe based on actual examples.
