摘要 分析了锂离子电池的产热机理,并且对不同温度条件下的动力型磷酸铁锂(LiFePO_4)电池的充放电热特性进行了研究。通过对整个锂离子电池组系统的产热特性进行分析计算,同时对GBS-LFMP100Ah型号的磷酸铁锂电池在5、15、25和35℃下的电压在充放电过程中随时间的变化及电池组内部温度与不同环境温度之间的关系的研究得出:锂离子动力电池在25℃时的充放电性能相对于35、15和5℃更好,环境温度的升高会导致电池组内部温度升高,电池组性能下降;通过理论分析与实际实验结果对比,得出影响电池组温度升高的原因,为今后锂电池热管理系统研究及工程设计提供了依据。 Heat generation mechanism and charge and discharge characteristics of lithium-ion batteries under different temperatures were studied. The heat generation mechanism of LiFePO_4 batteries was analyzed, and the voltage changes of GBS-LFMP 100 Ah LiFePO_4 batteries at 5, 15, 25 and 35 ℃with time were studied. From the relationship between the internal temperature of the battery pack and different ambient temperature, it is concluded that the performance of the battery at 25 ℃ is better than that at 35, 15 and 5 ℃; the rise of environment temperature will lead to the rise of battery inside temperature and the performance of the battery pack will decrease. From the comparison of the theoretical analysis and the actual experimental results, the reason for battery pack temperature rise was obtained, which provided the reference for the future study on the lithium-ion battery thermal management system and engineering design.
