摘要
农村籍大学生进入大学求学,一般都会把上大学当做改变命运的希望,然而现实情况却不容乐观。随着市场竞争的加剧,大学生就业形势日趋严峻,特别是农村籍大学生的就业前景堪忧,这严重影响了农村家庭对于教育投入的积极性,加剧了社会的不公平,有必要对农村籍大学毕业生的就业给予特殊的关注。以贵州省高等院校农村籍大学生为样本,调查农村籍大学生的职业规划意识问题,并对比城镇籍大学生与农村籍大学生在职业规划意识方面的差异,分析农村籍大学在就业过程中的问题和诉求,探索培养农村籍大学生职业规划意识的增强路径。
College students from rural area enter the university and regard it as a chance to change their life.However,reality is not optimistic. With the intensification of market competition,employment situation of college students is increasingly serious,especially for the college students,which has a bad effect on the enthusiasm of rural households for education and aggravates the unfairness of society. It is necessary to pay more attention to the employment of college graduates from rural area. With college students from rural area in Guizhou as samples,this paper makes an investigation on the present situation of college students＇ career planning,focuses on contrasting rural students with urban students about their career planning,analyzes the problems that occur when rural students apply for a job,and explores how to develop the awareness of rural students in career planning.
