摘要 目的总结严重气道阻塞性病变中应用体外循环的经验。方法 2013年9月~2015年1月间我们使用常温中流量股动静脉体外循环对3例严重气道狭窄且常规手段不能安全治疗的患者进行支持,成功解决病变导致的呼吸困难。结果 3例患者提前建立体外循环后,安全度过了由于严重气道狭窄所致麻醉插管和手术难关,无明显血流动力学波动和凝血功能障碍。结论辅助体外循环下手术是解决严重气道阻塞性病变的一种有效可行的方法,术中尽量缩短体外循环时间可有效避免并发症。 OBJECTIVE To summarize the experiences of using cardiopulmonary bypass for patients with serious airway obstructive lesions.METHODS From Sept.2013 to Jan.2015,3 cases with serious airway obstructive lesions underwent operation safely with the assistance of cardiopulmonary bypass.RESULTS All of 3 cases were successfully managed by tracheotomy under cardiopulmonary bypass without hemodynamic disturbance and coagulation dysfunction.CONCLUSION Severe airway obstructive lesion could be relieved successfully under the cardiopulmonary bypass.Complications can be avoided effectively by shortening the time of cardiopulmonary bypass.
