摘要
目的研究全面护理干预在胆总管结石围手术期的应用价值。方法研究2015年1~11月纳入胆总管结石54例,数字法分组。施行常规护理者有27例,设为对照组;施行全面护理干预者有27例,设为实验组。两组对比。结果两组中实验组并发症率更低,满意度更高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全面护理干预在胆总管结石围手术期应用效果佳。
Objective Application value of nursing intervention for patients operated with choledocholithiasis surgery in perioperative period is to be analyzed. MethodsChose 54 patients who are operated with choledocholithiasis surgery in hospital from January 2015 to November 2015 and separated them into groups according to digit method,27 patients in control group are given conventional nursing,while 27 patients in study group are given nursing intervention,and then observed and compared nursing effects between two groups. Results The patients’ complication incidence was lower and satisfaction rate in study group was higher and more favorable than counterparts in control group,there was a difference between groups and such a differential had statistic vale（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention application is effective for patients operated with choledocholithiasis surgery in perioperative period.
