摘要
目的研究护士分层级管理模式对于提高护理管理质量的作用。方法以我院的护理管理工作为研究对象,设对照组与观察组,采用护士分层级管理模式,对比分析两组的护理质量以及护士的满意度。结果观察组护士满意度评分高于对照组,且观察组的基础护理、病房护理和护理文书评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论护士分层级管理模式的应用有助于提高护理管理质量,提高护士的满意度。
Objective To study the role of nurse hierarchical management model for improving the quality of nursing management. Methods In the nursing management in our hospital as the research object,were given routine nursing care,with nurse grading management mode. Evaluation and in two groups of randomly selected 100 cases of patients with quality of care,compared two groups of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction. Results The nurse satisfaction scores higher,basic care and observation groups,ward and nursing care score higher than instruments,P 〈 0.05. ConclusionThe application of the nurse management mode on the layer classification is helpful to improve the quality of nursing management,improve the nurse’s satisfaction.
