摘要
通过有限元分析方法,建立整车碰撞有限元模型,参照C-NCAP试验标准进行整车正面40%偏置碰撞仿真,根据仿真结果分析得出车体结构存在的问题,对车体结构进行优化,优化后整车正面40%偏置碰撞性能得以提升,从而有效保障车辆安全性能。
Through the finite element analysis method, to establish the finite element model of vehicle collisions. In accordance with the requirements of the C-NCAP test of vehicle front 40% offset impact simulation, according to simulation results analysis we can get the body structure of the existing problems, on the body structure is optimized, the optimized vehicle front 40% offset touch crash performance can be improved, so as to effectively safeguard the vehicle safety performance.
