摘要
法律服务行业是《行政许可法》所规定的,提供公众服务并且直接关系公共利益,需要具备特殊信誉、特殊条件或者特殊技能等资格、资质事项的职业、行业。强化行政审批事中事后监管为法律服务行业的健全与发展提供了破题路径,也是行政审批制度改革在法律服务行业的实践性解构。基于法律服务行业现状与问题的分析,探寻完善法律服务行业行政审批事中事后监管的可行路径。
According to Administrative Permission Law,legal service industry is an industry which provides public services and directly relates to public interests. Legal service industry requires practitioners to have particular reputation,qualification or skill. Regulations of legal service industry in and after administrative permission can contribute to the development of legal service industry and push forward revolution of administrative permission. Based on researches on present situations and problems,this paper finds some effective methods to improve regulations of legal service industry in and after administrative permission.
