摘要 采用多挡传动系统可以提高电动客车的动力性和经济性,降低对电机的要求,延长续驶里程。建立了电动客车AMT的控制模型,制定了换挡控制策略,优化了换挡规律。通过对电机特性分析,以及离合器在起步和换挡过程中的性能评价,制定了基于Matlab/Simulink的电机和离合器控制策略。制定了最佳动力和最佳经济性的换挡规律,并用Cruise软件进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,制定的控制策略能够使电机工作于高效区,有效提高了电机的运行效率。 By using the multi-shift transmission system,the drivability and economy of electric bus could be improved,the requirement of motor performance is reduced and the diving range is extended. The AMT control strategy model of electric bus is built,the shifting control strategy is developed and the shifting schedule is optimized. By analyzing the motor characteristics,as well as the clutch performance evaluation in the process of starting and shifting,a control strategy of motor and clutch is developed based on Matlab / Simulink. A simulation model is built based on Cruise and shift schedules based on the principle of best power performance and best economy performance. The simulation result indicated that the control strategy is able to make the motor work in high efficient area and improve the operation efficiency of the motor.
