摘要
为建立气相色谱法氟丙菊酯原药的定量分析方法,文章通过HP-5毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器,以邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯为内标物对氟丙菊酯进行气相色谱分离和测定。方法的线性关系系数为0.9989,加标回收率99.6%-101.0%,相对标准偏差2.0%。结果证明,该方法具有良好的精密度和准确度,操作简便快速,可作为氟丙菊酯原药质量控制的定量分析方法。
In order to develop a gas chromatography method for the determination of acrcnathrin, the chromatographic conditions are systematically investigated with hydrogen flame ionization detector, gas chromatographic, HP-5 capillary column separation and determination of acrcnathrin with the internal standard of dibutylphthalate. The linear correlation coefficients was 0.9989, the average recoveries was 99.6% -101.0%, the relative standard deviation was 2.0%. The results show that method has high precision and accuracy; it is simple and rapid, which is suitable for quantitative analysis and quality control of acrcnathrin.
