摘要
随着社会经济、文化的快速发展,城市乡村都发生了巨大的变化,在全球化和高新科技材料的冲击下,传统民居的地域特色在逐渐流失,千城一面的现象越来越严重。该文以浙江省金华市婺城区塔石乡枫溪路建筑立面改造设计为例,根据沿街建筑立面现状考察分析,归纳出现存的一些问题,并针对这些问题,提出相应的改造方法和原则。就如何在建筑立面改造中表达出地域特征,设计出一套方案,对今后更深入地研究街道建筑立面改造有一定的指导意义。同时,在日益引起全社会关注的地域特色建设中,加强保护和继承传统民居的意识,对正确处理保护、利用和发展三者的关系具有较强的借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of social economy and culture, the great changes have been taken place in the city and country, under the impact of the globalization and high-tech materials, regional characteristics of traditional residence in the gradual loss, thousands of city side of the phenomenon has become more and more serious. Taking building facade renovation design of Fengxi Road, Tashi Village＇s in Wucheng District, Jinhuo City, Zhejiang Province as an example, according to the analysis of the status quo of the facade along the street to investigate, we summarized some existing problems, facing these problems, we put forward the corresponding transformation method and principle on how to express the regional characteristics in the facade renovation, to design a set of programs, which has a certain guiding significance for the future more further studies in the street facade renovation. At the same time, in the construction of regional characteristics which are increasingly attracted the attention of the whole society, to strengthen the protection and inheritance of traditional houses of consciousness, to correctly handle the protection, use and development of the relationship between the three has a strong reference significance.
