摘要
目的:比较分析数字可视化检影装置和传统检影镜的测量有效性。方法:用50个等效球镜度为10.00^-5.00 D,柱镜度为0.00~2.50 D的实验镜片,在模拟眼上模拟50个不同的屈光状态,编号为1~50;由同1名高级验光技师分别用2种不同检影镜检测,工作距离采用0.67 m,实验结果运用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计学分析,对比两种检影镜检测结果的相关性和区别。结果:两种方法在球镜、柱镜及轴向测量中,结果均显著正相关(r=0.978,r=1.070,r=0.978);回归分析均存在线性联系,新装置测量球镜、散光及轴向较传统检影镜分别相差-0.25 D、+0.032D、+2.96度。结论:数字可视化检影装置与传统检影镜相比,检查结果具有较好的一致性;散光度和轴向区别较小,而球镜存在-20.25 D差别,其误差来源于传统检影方法,新装置在球镜度数检测中更加精确,在临床及教学中具有推广价值。
Objective:To compare the new digital and visual retinoscope with the traditional retinoscope in the results of measurement efficiency.Methods: Fifty lenses whose spherical equivalent refraction (SER) ranged from +10.00D to -5.00D and cylinder lens(CL) ranged from 0.00D to -2.50D) were numbered from 1 to 50. The model eye for retinoscopy was prepared for the fifty different simulations. The same experienced optometrist tested the lens in two different methods. The results were analyzed statistically to compare the correlation and difference between these two methods.Results: SER cylinder lens and axial length (AL) of the new retinoscopy were positively correlated with traditional retinoscopy(r=0.978,r=1.070,r=0.978). According to regression analysis, there was the linear statistical significance between the two methods. The differences of SER, CL and AL were -0.25D, +0.032d, +2.96° in the two methods.Conclusion: Compared with the traditional retinoscope, there is better consistency in the results of the new retinoscope. There are few differences between CL and AL. But there are differences in SER(-20.25D) resulting from the traditional retinoscope. The new retinoscaope is more accurate in SER. It is worth popularizing in clinical application.
