摘要
为香菇多糖在雉鸡养殖上的应用提供参考,选用1日龄商品雉鸡40只,随机分成Ⅰ～Ⅳ组,每组10只,对照组（I组）只饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加香菇多糖150mg/kg、300mg/kg和450mg/kg,进行为期42d的饲养试验,研究香菇多糖对雉鸡生长及免疫性能的影响。结果表明：香菇多糖可极显著提高雉鸡全期的平均日增重;平均料重比和平均日采食量各组间差异不显著,但试验Ⅱ～Ⅳ组全期平均料重比呈下降趋势,平均日采食量呈上升趋势,可显著或极显著提高免疫器官指数。其中,以添加香菇多糖300mg/kg日粮的效果最好,其雉鸡平均日增重达5.74g,比对照组增加17.86%;平均料重比为2.91,比对照组低4%;脾脏指数、胸腺指数和法氏囊指数分别为2.21g/kg、3.16g/kg和3.96g/kg,分别比对照组高33.94%、20.15%和13.14%。
40commodity pheasants with one-day old were divided into four groups randomly and averagely,and then group Ⅰ（CK）,group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ were fed with basic diet,basic diet＋150mg/kg lentinan,basic diet ＋ 300 mg/kg lentinan and basic diet ＋ 450 mg/kg lentinan respectively for 42 dto study influence of lentinan on growth and immune performance of pheasants and to provide a reference for application of lentinan in pheasant breeding.Results：Lentinan can increase average daily gain during the whole test period very significantly.There are no obvious differences in average feed to gain ratio and average daily feed intake among different groups.The average feed to gain ratio of groupⅡ,group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ presents a declining trend during the whole test period but the average daily feed intake shows a rising trend.Lentinan can increase immune organ index of group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ significantly or very significantly.The average daily gain,spleen index,thymus index and bursa fabricius index of group Ⅲfed with basic diet＋ 300mg/kg lentinan are 5.74 g,2.21g/kg,3.16g/kg and 3.96g/kg,17.86%,33.94%,20.15%and 13.14% higher than CK respectively but the average feed to gain ratio is 2.91,4%lower than CK.
