功能性磁共振成像研究中意外发现的告知难题及对策

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of Incidental Findings Disclosure in Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging Research

摘要 功能性磁共振成像研究应用中的意外发现发生率高但临床意义不明显。通过对意外发现告知难题的正反两方面分析论证,认为基于研究者的专业责任、受试者的知情选择权等考虑,研究者默认选择将意外发现告知给有完全行为能力的受试者,在研究团队中需要有医学放射的专业人士综合考虑多方面因素,提供咨询服务。 The incidental findings in functional magnetic resonance imaging research have a high incidence but the clinical value is unobvious. By both positive and negative analytic demonstration on the dilemma of incidental findings disclosure, this paper pointed out that the researchers should disclose incidental findings to participants with full behavioral capacity by default, based on researchers' professional responsibility and participants' informed consent right. In the research group, it is needed to have radiologist to take multi -variables into account and pro- vide consultant service.
