摘要
在对TBL教学法进行概述的基础上,具体分析了护士在职培训中实施TBL教学法的伦理学意义,并从教学准备、课堂教学、教学评价三方面对护士在职培训中实施TBL教学法的具体步骤和实施方法做了设计和思考,从而将TBL教学法全面引入护士在职培训工作。
Based on the review of TBL teaching method, this paper concretely analyzed the ethical significance of TBL teaching method in nurse on - job training. In addition, it designed and thought about the detailed steps and implementation methods in the perspective of teaching preparation, classroom teaching, and teaching evaluation, thus introduce TBL teaching method into nurse on -job training work comprehensively.
