摘要
以天津某水厂的紫外线消毒工程为案例,分3个水质时期(低温低浊期、常温常浊期、高温高藻期),通过对紫外透光率和过水流量的调整,比较了系统能耗的变化。结果表明,一、二期工程在3个水质时期的透光率分别为94.0%、95.0%和92.0%,三期工程在3个水质时期的透光率则分别为94.0%、95.0%和95.0%;采用实际透光率运行时平均单耗为8.22元/10~3m^3,比设定透光率运行时费用下降了27.13%;采用在线流量信号运行时平均单耗为15.97元/103m^3,比设定流量运行的费用下降了26.47%。
Taking a water treatment plant in Tianjin as a case study, me changes oi energy con- sumption of the system were compared by adjusting ultraviolet transmittance and water flow rate during three water periods including low temperature and turbidity period, normal temperature and turbidity peri- od and high temperature and algae period. The results showed that the ultraviolet transmittances of Phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ during three water periods were 94.0% , 95.0% and 92.0% respectively, and the ultraviolet transmittances of Phase Ⅲduring three water periods were 94.0%, 95.0% and 95.0% respectively. The average unit consumption of using actual ultraviolet transmittance was 8.22 yuan/103 m3 , decreased by 27.13% compared with the setting mode. The average unit consumption of using the online signal was 15.97 yuan/103 m3 , decreased by 26.47% compared with the setting mode.
