摘要
以武汉市东湖淤泥作主要原料,通过向淤泥中掺入Fe_2O_3粉末,制备出一种膨胀性能良好的淤泥超轻功能陶粒基体。实验结果证明,Fe_2O_3粉末可以有效提高陶粒的膨胀率,调控陶粒的孔结构。在Fe_2O_3粉末掺量3%、焙烧温度1 150℃、焙烧时间20 min、预烧温度600℃、预烧时间10 min的条件下制得表观密度为0.394g/cm^3、吸水率为13.89%、显孔隙率为5.47%的淤泥超轻陶粒。Fe_2O_3粉末的掺入增加了陶粒内部孔隙的生成,并且形成了更多的连通孔隙,有利于功能组分的负载以及污染物的处理。
Photo catalytic functional ceramsite is a new way for sludge application.In this paper,ultra-lightweight functional ceramsite was synthesized by adding Fe_2O_3 powder into the sludge taken from Wuhan east lake.The experimental results suggest that the expansion of ultra-lightweight ceramsite can be improved significantly as Fe_2O_3 powder can take control of pore structure of ceramsite.The ultra-lightweight ceramsite was prepared with appropriate sintering process(calcination temperature 1 150 ℃,calcination time 20 min,baking temperature 600 ℃,baking time 10 min)when the Fe_2O_3 powder content is 3%.The ceramsite properties are as follows:apparent density of 0.394g/cm^3,the water absorption rate of 13.89%,and the apparent porosity of 5.47%.With the TG/DSC,SEM,XRF analysis for raw materials and ceramsite,Fe_2O_3 powder increases the generation of ceramsite pores and creates more intercommunicating pores,which will increase the water absorption of ceramsite effectively.This study shows bright prospect of function application of ceramsite.
