摘要
物业设施方向是物业管理专业的一个重要方向,物业设施方向实践课课程标准的制定是提高教学质量的基础工程。目前在制定该实践课课程标准上还存在很多问题,文章以广东建设职业技术学院为例阐述了物业设施方向实践课课程标准的制定。
Facility management is an important direction of professional property management; formulating facility management practice curriculum standard is the basic project to improve the quality of teaching. At present, a lot of problems also exist in the development of the practice curriculum standards, the author takes the school as an example to expound the formulation process of facility management practice curriculum standard.
