推拿对坐骨神经损伤大鼠层黏连蛋白表达的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨推拿对坐骨神经损伤(SNI)大鼠运动功能及脊髓腹角、损伤点处层黏连蛋白(LN)表达的影响。方法:将SD大鼠48只随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、模型对照组、推拿组,造模采用坐骨神经损伤模型,以按摩推拿手法模拟仪进行手法干预,观察各组大鼠斜板实验评分及L3~5节段脊髓和患侧坐骨神经处LN的表达情况。结果:造模7天后,模型组大鼠的斜板实验评分与同期正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);模型组LN在脊髓腹角和坐骨神经处的表达与同期正常组相比升高(P〈0.05);LN在正常组、模型组中脊髓腹角的表达量较坐骨神经中的表达明显增高(P〈0.01)。在推拿治疗20次后,模型组、模型对照组、推拿组斜板实验评分与同期正常组相比有差异(P〈0.05),推拿组斜板实验评分与同期模型组相比升高(P〈0.05);同时,模型组、模型对照组、推拿组LN在脊髓腹角和坐骨神经处的表达均高于同期正常组(P〈0.01),推拿组LN在脊髓腹角和坐骨神经损伤处的表达与同期模型组比较明显升高(P〈0.01);LN在正常组、推拿组中脊髓腹角的表达量明显较坐骨神经中的表达高(P〈0.01)。结论:推拿可以上调周围神经损伤大鼠LN在脊髓腹角和坐骨神经处的表达,加快损伤神经的修复,改善SNI大鼠的运动功能。 Objective: To explore the influence of massage on the expressions oflarninin (LN) in the damage point and comu ventrale medullae spinalis, motor fimction of the rats with sciatic nerve injury (SCI). Methods: Forty-eight rats were randomized into the normal group, sham operation group, the model group, model control group and massage group, the rat model with SNI was prepared and intervened with massage manipulation simula- tor, LN expressions of sciatic nerve in the affected limb and L3-5 spinal cords, and the scores of inclined plate test were observed. Results: After the models were prepared in seven days, there was significant difference when the model group was compared with the normal group at the same period in the scores of inclined plate test (P〈0.01); LN expressions in comu ventrale medullae spinalis and sciatic nerve in the model group raised compared with the normal group at the same period (P〈0.05); LN expressions in cornu ventrale medullae spinalis in the normal group and the model group improved notably compared with LN expressions in sciatic nerve obviously (P〈0.01). After massage for 20 times, there was the difference existed in the comparison of the scores of inclined plate test when the model group, model control group, massage group were compared with the normal group at the same period (P〈0.05), the scores of inclined plate test raised in the massage group compared with the model group (P〈0.05); at the same time, the model group, model control group and the massage group were higher than the normal group in LN expressions in cornu ventrale medullae spinalis and sciatic nerve (P〈0.01), LN expressions in comu ventrale medullae spinalis and sciatic nerve in the massage group raised obviously compared with the model group at the same period (P〈0.01); LN expressions in comu ventrale medullae spinalis were higher than LN expressions in sciatic nerve in the normal group and the massage group significantly (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Massage could up-regulate LN expressions in comu ventrale medullae spinalis and sciatic nerve of the rats with peripheral nerve injury, speed up the recovery of damaged nerve and improve the motor function of SNI rats.
