摘要
以建筑垃圾的回收利用为目的,针对"建筑垃圾回收利用制成混凝土围墙板"的可行性进行试验研究,由建筑围墙的实际需要及容重、强度等方面的要求通过试验确定了混凝土围墙板中建筑垃圾、陶粒、水泥及水的最佳配合比.同时对在该配合比下制成的混凝土围墙板进行了强度试验,试验结果及工程实践表明:按照该配合比制成的混凝土围墙板,满足建筑工程围墙的各项要求,并且与传统砖砌围墙相比不但不产生新的建筑垃圾,而且回收利用了建筑垃圾,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益.
For the purpose of the recycling of construction waste,the feasibilily of concrete wall board made by theconstruction waste recycling was studied. For the practical need of building the wall and the requirements of thebulk density and strength on concrete wall panel,we determined the construction waste,ceramsite,the best mixingratio of cement and water. At the same time,the strength test under the mixing proportion of concrete wall board wascarried out. The test results and engineering practices show that according to the mixing proportion of concrete wallboard,it satisfies the requirements of building walls,and compared with the traditional brick wall it would not create newconstruction waste,it also recycles construction waste,and has significant economic and social benefits.
