摘要
完善公立医院绩效激励机制、为医务人员提供多渠道的成长途径,能够促进医院的健康与协调发展。以中山大学肿瘤防治中心为例,从实践应用中探讨如何使用不同绩效考核方法评价医院各类型人员的绩效贡献,旨在为公立医院绩效改革提供可供参考的方法和工具。
Perfecting performance incentives system of public hospitals and providing medical staffs with the growth of multi-channel approach can promote the healthy growth and harmonious development of the hospital.Sun Yat-sen Cancer Center is used as an example to explore how to use performance assessment methods of performance evaluation to assess the contribution of different types of people from the hospital,to provide references for the method and tool of the performance reform of public hospitals.
