摘要
文章分析了铝液受力和运动的关系,论证了电磁力是导致引发电压摆的铝液运动的原因之一,总结了电解槽设计和生产工艺对电磁力的影响,介绍了某350k A电解系列通过优化阴极结构和优化换极作业等措施预防电压摆的经验。
In this paper based on the analysis of the relationship between the force acting on the liquid aluminum and the liquid aluminum motion, it wasdemonstrated that the electromagnetic force was one of the reasons for the hquid aluminum" motion which caused voltage instability, and effects of the celldesign and the production process on the electromagnetic force were summarized, a 350kA potline production experiments of prevention voltage instabilityby measures including optimizing the cathode structure and optimizing the anode changing etc were introduced.
