摘要
目的:建立超微戊己丸中多成分含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定,色谱柱:Gemini C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水,采用梯度洗脱,流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长:220、274nm,进样量:20μL。结果:盐酸小檗碱、吴茱萸碱、芍药苷的线性范围分别为40.0-160.0μg/mL,10.0-50.0μg/mL,30.0-140.0μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,超微戊己丸中盐酸小檗碱、吴茱萸碱、芍药苷的平均含量分别为18.025、6.842、12.365mg/g;结论:双波长HPLC法同时测定超微戊己丸中3种成分的含量,方法灵敏,结果准确,重现性好。
Objective:To establish the determination method of multiple component content in Ultramicro Wuji pills.Methods:The determination was performed by HPLC on a Gemini C18column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)with the mobile phase of acetonitrilewater at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃.The detection wavelengh was set at 220,274 nm and the injection volumn was 20μLResults:Berberine hydrochloride,evodia rutaecarpa alkali,paeoniflorin had a linear range in the contents of40.0-180.0μg/mL,10.0-50.0μg/mL,30.0-140.0μg/mL.The average content of the three components was 18.025、6.842、12.365mg/g.Conclusion:The method was simple,reliable and accurate in the Simultaneous determination of three components in Ultramicro Wuji pills by Double wavelength HPLC.
