摘要
目的对2014-2015年期间黑龙江省食品风险监测分离的大肠埃希氏菌进行致病型别分析。方法应用多重食源性致病菌核酸检测系统(Patho MPSTM),将多重PCR体系扩增与全自动毛细管电泳检测模块相结合进行检测。结果大肠埃希氏菌毒力基因分布与血清型分布不一致,2014-2015年间黑龙江省分离的致泻性大肠埃希氏菌致病型别以EPEC和EAEC为主。结论除了基本的菌种鉴定和血清型分型,毒力基因鉴定以及在此基础上的致病性分型,有更重要的现实意义。
Objective To analyze pathogenic type of Escherichia coli isolated in Food Risk Monitoring of Heilongjiang province during 2014-2015. Methods The detection was carried out by using food-borne pathogens multiplex PCR testing system(Patho MPSTM) combining with the automatic capillary electrophoresis detection system. Results Escherichia coli virulence genes are not consistent with the distribution of their serotype. The pathogenic types of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli isolated in the Food Risk Monitoring are mainly EPEC and EAEC in Heilongjiang province during 2014-2015. Conclusion In addition to the basic species identification and serotyping, virulence gene identification and pathogenic typing on this basis has a more important practical significance.
