摘要 论文通过建立和分析网络中心战装备保障指挥信息流程,提出了基于F综合评判和分层Petri网的信息流程建模方法,并结合具体实例对其装备保障指挥信息流程进行了建模分析。分层Petri网实现了信息流程的多层次建模,简化了流程模型;F综合评判通过计算模糊评判矩阵的最大隶属度得到评判结果,从而使Petri网模型具备了不确定信息的处理能力,解决了指挥信息流程模型中的不确定性决策问题。使用Exspect建模与仿真平台对所构建的装备保障指挥信息流程进行了仿真测试及优化,结果分析表明:该方法能够解决复杂装备保障指挥信息流程的建模仿真,为流程优化提供测试分析依据,在未来网络中心战指挥信息系统建设方面具备良好的实际应用前景。 In this paper,through the establishment and analysis of equipment support command information flow based on network centric warfare,the information flow modeling method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and hierarchical Petri net is put forward,and is modeled and analyzed combined with specific examples of the equipment support command information flow.Hierarchical Petri net accomplishes multi-level modeling of the information flow and simplifies the process model.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation obtains evaluation results by calculating maximum degree of membership of the fuzzy evaluation matrix,so that the Petri net model has the uncertain information processing capability and solves the uncertain decision making problem of command information flow model.The modeling and simulation platform ExSpect is used to simulate and optimize the equipment support command information flow constructed.The results show that the method can solve the modeling and simulation of complex equipment support command information flow,can provide a basis for testing analysis for process optimization,and has a good application prospect in the command information system construction of the future network centric warfare.
