摘要
为降低精炼电耗,在LF炉现工艺装备基础上,增加LSMELT AC电极控制系统,优化钢包车定位方式、在LF精炼炉耐材炉盖的上方每个电极孔的周围增加耐材装置、改善LF精炼炉喂丝导管。根据LF炉实际生产条件,提出了降低电耗的有效工艺措施,即进行折浇余渣、在转炉出钢过程中加小粒渣料等。通过以上优化措施,LF炉精炼电耗降低6.7%。
In order to reduce refining energy consumption,LSMELT AC electrode control system is installed on the current process equipment of LF furnace,the ladle car positioning is optimized,refractory device is added around each electrode hole above the refractory furnace cover in the LF refining furnace,the wire feeding conduit of the LF refining furnace is improved.. According to actual production conditions of the LF furnace,the effective technology measures of reducing electricity consumption are puts forward such as folding poured residue and adding small slag in converter tapping process. Through these optimization measures,LF refining power consumption decreased by 6. 7%.
