摘要
针对安钢2800 mm轧线高压水除鳞泵组在运行过程中出现的问题,对其进行优化设计和改造。解决目前存在的高能耗、高故障率等缺陷。使高压水除鳞泵组在满足生产需要的前提下,降低设备能耗和故障率,创造经济效益。
Aiming at the problems appeared during the running of the high- pressure water descaling pump group of2800 mm rolling line in Anyang Steel,design optimization and transformation are carried out to solve the existing high energy consumption,high failure rate and other defects. Under the premise that the high- pressure water descaling pump group can meet the needs of production,energy consumption of equipment and fault rate are reduced,outstanding economic benefits is created.
