摘要
玻璃门窗是建筑围护的四大部件中节能最薄弱的部位,中空玻璃是减缓其能耗散失的有效方式之一。本文综述了中空玻璃的发展历史、研究现状及发展趋势。在中空玻璃中空腔内填充惰性气体,可较大程度地提高中空玻璃的热阻,减少能耗损失。此外,使用暖边Swiggle胶条密封系统,可以有效提高玻璃保温隔热性能,显著改善中空玻璃边部节能效果。
Glass is the most serious challenge to energy saving in the four parts of building enclosure. Hollow glasses are often used as one of efficient ways to reduce the energy loss. The developing history, research status and development trend of hollow glass are reviewed. The thermal resistance of hollow glass can be improved when it is filled with inert gases in the middle tier of the hollow glass, thus it has good performance in heat insulation. In addition, warm edge Swiggle strip sealing system can improve the performance of heat insulation,and improves the energy-saving effect of hollow glass edge greatly.
