摘要
高校实践教学基地建设对教学质量的提高至关重要,对大学生实践能力、创新能力的培养有着不可替代的作用.西部高校实践基地建设相对滞后,并具有明显地域特色.以青海师范大学生物技术(制药方向)专业为例,全面探讨校外实践基地建设以及培养新型应用型人才的新模式.
The construction of practice base for universities plays an important role in the processes of improving the quality of higher education and cultivating students＇ abilities of practice and innovation.Western university practice base construction has lagged behind others and shows regional characteristics obviously.Takes the biotechnology professional（pharmaceutical direction）of Qinghai Normal University as an example to discuss a new model of practice base construction.
