摘要
基于疏浚淤泥管中固化技术,运用计算流体分析软件CFD,通过欧拉多相流模型模拟了疏浚泥、空气和固化剂在管中混合的过程,同时进行了现场试验验证了仿真方法的有效性。讨论了结构改变对混合效果的影响,结果表明:固化剂入口角度变化对混合效果影响不大;并非空气入口角度越小混合效果越好;空气入口安置在固化剂入口之后混合效果更好;空气入口与扩大管入口之间的距离和扩大管直径存在一个临界值,小于或大于临界值都能改善混合效果。
Based on solidification for dredged sediments in pipeline mixing technique, fluid analysis software CFD is used to simulate the mixed process of dredged spoils, air and hardener by Euler multiphase model, the field test is carried out to prove the validity of the simulation method. Then the influence of changing structure to mixed effect is talked out, the results indicate that mixed effect is not obvious when the input angle of hardener is changed; The mixed effcet is not better while air inlet angle decreases; The mixed effect is better if air-inlet is arranged after hardener inlet; The critical value lies in the following case: the distance between air inlet and sudden enlargement pipe inlet, the diameter of sudden enlargement pipe, and the mixed effect will be improved when it is less or more greater than the critical value.
