基于原电池原理的海面油膜厚度测量技术研究

摘要 文中介绍了一种基于原电池原理的海面油膜厚度实时测量技术。根据腐蚀电流大小正比于电极受腐蚀面积,设计了油膜厚度检测装置,搭建了信号处理系统,实验研究了检测电流变化量与油膜厚度、以及相同油膜厚度下检测电流变化量与海水含盐量的关系。此外,还对检测装置的随波性进行了仿真计算。研究表明:检测电流变化量与油膜厚度的变化量成线性关系,相同油膜厚度下的检测电流变化量随海水盐度的升高而增加。仿真计算结果表明:海浪周期大于8 s的情况下装置有良好的随波性能。 A real-time measurement of marine oil spill based on galvanic battery principle was reported. According to the linear relation between the corrosion current and the corroded area of the electrode,the film thickness detection device was designed and a signal processing system was built to detect the current when the oil film thickness changes,as well as to detect the relationship between current and salinity at the same film thickness. In addition,motion response of the device was simulated. The results show there is a liner relationship between current change and film thickness change. Current change is proportional to the film thickness change. The simulation results show that the device shows excellent performance of motion response when the wave period is greater than 8s.
