硝基氯苯类化合物是被广泛应用于农药、医药和合成材料等行业的对人体有一定毒性的物质,对硝基氯苯和2,4-二硝基氯苯被多国列为优控污染物。针对这两种化合物,普遍采用气相色谱法进行分析,但由于该类化合物的热不稳定性,给气相色谱法的定量分析带来困难。尝试利用高效液相色谱测定地表水中的对硝基氯苯和2,4-二硝基氯苯,出峰效果良好,标准曲线为y=3.228 1x+0.138 3(R^2=0.999 9)和y=2.262 3x-0.077 6(R^2=0.999 9)。对实验条件进行优化,确定最佳检测波长、流动相配比和流速。
Nitrochlorobenzenes has a certain degree of toxic effects on the human body, which is widely used in pesti- cides, pharmaceuticals and synthetic materials industries. In such compounds, nitro chlorobenzene and 2,4- diehlorobenzene are priority pollutants in many countries. For these two compounds, domestic common method is GC. However, due to thermal instability of nitro chlorobenzene and 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene, there were data errors in GC quantitative analysis. An attempt of LLE-HPLC determination of Nitrochlorobenzenes in surface water is implemented. Peak shapes of nitro chlorobenzene and 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene were good. Standard curves were y = 3.228 1x + 0.138 3 (R = 0.999 9) and y=2.262 3x - 0.077 6 (R = 0.999 9). At the same time, the experimental conditions were optimized, the optimum detection wavelength and the ratio & flow of the mobile phases were ultimately determined.
