摘要
采用双因素试验法,设3°、6°和9°为接口角变化水平,设9、12 mm和15 mm为接口槽深变化水平,对预组型木质工字梁翼缘/腹板接口的抗劈裂性能进行研究。研究表明:IB翼缘/腹板接口角度的大小和接口槽深的深浅对IB翼缘/腹板接口的胶合性能和承载能力产生利弊性影响。翼缘/腹板接口角度越大则接口翼缘的抗劈裂性能越好,但越深则接口翼缘的抗劈裂性能越差;从IB翼缘/腹板接口抗劈裂性能的角度看,接口角度以9°为宜,槽深以9 mm为宜。
Adopting double factor experiment method,putting 3°,6 ° and 9 ° as the jointing angle change level,and9,12 mm and 15 mm as the jointing depth change level,the splitting resistance of wood I-beam flange/web interface was studied.Research shows that:the size of the jointing angle and the jointing depth will bring positive and negative impacts to the bonding performance and load capacity of ihe IB flange/web.The greater the jointing angle of the flange/web is,the letter the splitting resistance of the flange will be,but the deeper the jointing depth is,the poorer the splitting resistance will be.From the point of view of splitting resistance from IB flange/web interface,jointing angle of 9 °,and jointing depth of 9 mm are advisable.
