摘要 文章详细介绍了将PA6切片、PPO树脂、POE树脂、短玻纤通过双螺杆共混、挤出、造粒,制成性能优异的PA6/PPO合金材料的制备工艺。深入探讨了不同相容剂种类、不同相容剂用量、PA6/PPO不同配比、不同增韧剂种类及不同短玻纤含量对其合金力学性能的影响,最终制备出了力学性能稳定,加工性能优异的PA6/PPO合金材料,进一步拓宽了天津长芦海晶集团有限公司产品领域,提升了产品竞争力。 It was introduced in detail the preparation process of PA6 slice,PPO resin,POE resin and short glass fiber prepared by twin- screw mixing,extrusion and granulation,which made excellent performance PA6/PPO alloy material. It was thoroughly discussed different compatilizer types,different compatilizer consumption,the PA6/PPO different ratio and different dosage toughening agent types and different short glass fiber content on the mechanical properties of the alloy. The final preparation of the stable mechanical properties and processing performance of the PA6/PPO alloy materials was made,which further expanded the area of the company's product and improved the company's product competitiveness.
