摘要
在综合考虑复杂碰撞、气动载荷和舵偏条件下,为了确保空空导弹与发射架之间的安全分离,提出运用多体动力学虚实混合建模与仿真技术来对弹架分离过程进行研究。建立了弹架分离系统虚实混合多体动力学模型。气动载荷、舵面偏转运动和发动机推力根据CTS试验和发动机试车试验结果采用AKIMA插值方法建模,接触力采用非线性并联弹簧阻尼模拟,闭锁力采用弹簧力模拟。基于所建立的模型,研究了发射架导轨斜面对弹架分离过程的影响。研究结果表明,考虑导轨斜面条件下,导弹发射全包线是安全的,研究结果对弹架分离安全性设计具有重要的工程价值。
Under the condition of comprehensively considering complex collision, aerodynamic loads and rudder deflection, in order to ensure safe separation between air-to-air missile and launcher, multi-body dynamics virtual-real modeling and simulation technique are proposed to study the store separation process. A virtual-real multi-body dynamics model of store separation system is established. Aerodynamic loads, rudder deflection and engine thrust model are built using AKIMA interpolation method based on the results of CTS and engine test. The nonlinear parallel spring-damper is adopted to simulate the contact force, and the locking force is simulated with spring force. Based on the established model, the research is conducted on the influence of the guideway oblique plane on store separation. The research resuits show that, full envelope of missile launching is safe under the condition of considering guideway oblique plane.
