短期持续皮下胰岛素输注强化治疗对2型糖尿病患者血尿酸、血脂、血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析短期持续皮下胰岛素输注强化治疗(continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion,CSII)对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者血尿酸、血脂、血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-glutamyltranspetidase,GGT)水平的影响。方法选取本院2013年6月至2015年6月收治的143例T2DM患者为研究对象,进行为期2周的CSII治疗,观察患者治疗前后血糖、胰岛β细胞功能及血尿酸、血脂、血清GGT水平变化。结果治疗后患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2h PG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、血尿酸、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、GGT水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05)。结论短期CSII治疗能够降低T2DM患者血糖、血尿酸、血清GGT水平,改善血脂谱,减轻胰岛素抵抗,改善胰岛β细胞功能,具有良好的临床效果。 Objective To analyze the effect of intensive insulin pump treatment on serum uric acid, blood lipid and the levels of serum γ-glutamyltranspetidase(GGT) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Method 143 patients with T2 DM received CSII for 2 weeks from June 2013 to June 2015. Blood glucose, islet beta cell function, SUA, lipid profile and serum GGT were observed before and after treatment. Result Compared with before, fasting plasma glucose(FPG), postprandial plasma glucose(2h PG), insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR), serum uric acid, total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and GGT levels decreased significantly after treatment(P〈0.05); fasting insulin(FINS), islet beta cell function index(HOMA-IR) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were significantly higher(P〈0.05). Conclusion Short term intensive insulin pump therapy can decrease the levels of blood glucose, SUA and serum GGT, improve lipid profile, reduce insulin resistance, improve the function of pancreatic islet beta.
